AKI sells autocollimators with customized range sensitivity, and packaging at "off-the-shelf" prices. Using a proprietary design, we are able to achieve unprecedented signal/noise and resolution for a given measurement range. In addition, this unique probe measures height with nm resolution.
- Used to replace existing probes as well as with new machine applications
- CDRH certified
- Multiple probes can be used with a single PC/machine
- Available as angle with Z, angle only, or Z only
- Very easy to setup, because it uses a single spot for both SA and Z and the need for masking is eliminated
- Single spot eliminates autocollimator (static attitude) interference from the z spot.

Setup Program
Each probe comes with a simple yet powerful sample program which is very useful for setup, troubleshooting, testing and learning.
Custom Program
AKI can also provide a custom program tailored to the customer’s exact needs. This can include interfacing with other hardware and/or motion control.
Integration into your own program.
Developers can choose to write their own program using the AKI Software Libraries. You may choose from either an ActiveX COM object or a .NET dll in order to communicate with the AKI Probe. Integration is extremely simple and source code examples are supplied for any development language.
