AKI is proud to introduce the SAZ v8 and SAZ v9 probes. Both of these probes utilize two chromatically-separated lasers, allowing for the independent optimization of angle and Z ht measurements. The SAZ v8 is a direct replacement for the Veeco SAT probe, while the SAZ v9 is a direct replacement for AKI’s SAZ v6 probe.
